Real estate closings most often invovolve significant consequences for our clients. The firm has extensive real estate experience and understands the needs and requirements of clients in this context. We consider it our responsibility to coordinate each stage of the closing with all parties to the transaction.

Upon receipt of a file, we review all relevant documents, order a title search and prepare a title insurance commitment. We prepare necessary seller/buyer documents, as well as all other documents required to successfully carry out our representation in a professional manner. We work closely with all parties to complete the sale in accordance with the terms of the contract, client instructions and all applicable law.
